NVIDIA: Benchmarks Leak
NVIDIA’s next GeForce RTX 30 series graphics card has just leaked out along with its full description through a public validation made within GPU-Z i.e. the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti. The GeForce RTX 3060 Ti is expected to be priced around $400 US range focusing the mainstream gamers.
Matthew Smith, who is the editor of TechPowerUp’s GPU & CPU database, spotted the validation for the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti which is currently not released graphic card dissimilar to the already announced GeForce RTX 3070. Announcement of GeForce RTX 3060 Ti by NVIDIA is likely to be in November with the availability of the product expected either during next month or by early December to give a strong competition to AMD’s Radeon RX 6700 series lineup focused on the Navi 22 GPUs, which has been a talk for a long time in the market.
Specs: GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 3060 Ti was submitted by an anonymous user for validation on the 25th of October which threw some light on the specification of the product. The GeForce RTX 3060 Ti features the GA104 GPU which substantiates that this is the 2nd GPU to feature the said chip as per the reports of GPU-Z. Previous reports have indicated the GA104-200 SKU for the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, however, no specific variant or SKU number mentioned in the specification.
4864 CUDA Cores, 80 ROPs, clock speeds 1410 MHz base, and 1665 MHz boost are featured in the GA104-200 GPU on the NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti graphics card. An effective compute horsepower of 16.2 TFLOPs is expected to be delivered based on the specs released. And for the enthusiasts, you must know that the default clock speeds for the card are not the ones for custom designs rather it is a stock clocked variant.
8 GB of GDDR6 memory will be featured in the graphic card which will be running across a 256-bit bus interface. A total bandwidth of 448 GB/s is rounded up for memory clock for the GDDR6 memory which will be maintained at 1750 MHz or 14 Gbps. 133.2 GPixel/s & 674.3 GTexel/s are the pixel and texture fillrate reported respectively.

Pre-Orders Available in China
Twitter fellow Avery78 in the news related to the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card has spotted several pre-order listings for the card. At Chinese Taobao outlet, various retailers and sellers have listed the cards for pre-order prices which range from 2049 to 2999 Chinese Yuans which equals around $300-$450 US. Surprisingly these price lines are not the official NVIDIA prices and these Chinese outlets offering pre-orders are known to be blown up by a huge factor. NVIDIA’s AIB partners have worked on already several custom variants that will be available at launch.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti sold by one of the sellers for preorders pointed out that the stock should arrive after November which means an early December retail launch but the stock he is talking about maybe own stock rather than the official retail launch. And AMD’s launch of its RX 6000 series graphic cards is scheduled for tomorrow (28th October), which means NVIDIA is going to announce its upcoming cards sooner or later and with that, the full pricing line will be officially released. This is expected that by next year a cheaper version of GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card by NVIDIA with 6 GB VRAM and 192-bit bus interface based on the GA106 GPU core.
