Specifications of Jio Phone Next
Jio Phone Next an affordable smartphone is coming with a new PragatiOS (developed by Google and Jio), 5.45-inch HD+ Gorilla Glass 3 display, 1.3 GHz Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 215 chipset, 2GB RAM, 32 GB external storage which you can extend up to 512 GB, and 3500mAh battery.
The rear camera of Jio Phone Next is 13MP with HDR mode, Night mode, and Portrait mode. Google also integrated Indian-specific Snapchat filters into the Camera Go app and the front camera is 8MP. There is a LED flash for the rear camera and a display flash for selfies, with this both lenses support 1080p at 30FPS.
Other key features of Jio Phone Next are dual SIM 4G support, Bluetooth 4.1, 3.5mm audio jack, and micro USB port.
On the software side, the Jio Phone Next is equipped with Maps, Search, Nearby Share for offline sharing, and can understand up to 10 languages with system-wide support for Read Aloud and Translate Now features.
Google has also promised to deliver Android security updates for the device and also said that your experience will get better with new features and customizations.
Pricing
The Jio Phone Next in India is available at Rs. 6,499 price. You can also get this phone at EMI mode and there are various plans for payments. If you are taking the EMI option, at first, you have to give Rs. 1,999 as a down payment and then the rest of the amount can be paid in 18 or 24 months of course. Jio has brought various payment plans for you, that are:
- Always-on: At the always-on option, you can pay EMI in 18 or 24 months. If you are choosing 18 months installments period then you have to pay Rs. 450 and if 24 months then Rs. 300. With this, you also get 5GB of data and a 100-minute Talktime balance.
- Large Plan: For 18 months installment you have to pay Rs. 500 and for 24 months you have to pay Rs. 450. With this, you will get 1.5GB of data per day and unlimited voice calling.
- XL Plan: For 18 months you have to pay Rs. 550 and for 24 months Rs. 500. With this, you will get 2GB of data per day and unlimited voice calling.
- XXL Plan: And the last option will allow you to pay Rs 550 for 24 months and Rs 600 for 18 months. With this, you will get 2.5GB of data per day and unlimited calls.
When you are choosing the EMI option for purchasing Jio Phone Next then you have to give Rs 501 as a processing fee for EMI transactions.
