NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 3060 Ti was submitted by an anonymous user for validation on the 25th of October which threw some light on the specification of the product. The GeForce RTX 3060 Ti features the GA104 GPU which substantiates that this is the 2nd GPU to feature the said chip as per the reports of GPU-Z.  Previous reports have indicated the GA104-200 SKU for the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, however, no specific variant or SKU number mentioned in the specification.

FULL SPECS OF Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

4864 CUDA Cores, 80 ROPs, clock speeds 1410 MHz base, and 1665 MHz boost are featured in the GA104-200 GPU on the NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti graphics card. An effective compute horsepower of 16.2 TFLOPs is expected to be delivered based on the specs released.
