Recently, OnePlus announced that they are going to launch affordable Nord series smartphones on June 10 but they didn’t disclose any specifications. But after that announcement, the folks at Android Central have come up with some leaked specs including the processor, camera, and display of the OnePlus Nord CE 5G.
OnePlus Nord CE 5G Leaked Specs
In OnePlus Nord CE 5G, CE stands for ‘Core Edition’ which was built to refine its first Nord and add some features at an affordable price. Through its leak, it is come to know that OnePlus Nord CE 5G will be using Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G like other phones (Galaxy A52 5G, Xiamoi Mi 10i, etc.). According to the reports, Snapdragon 750G is a weaker chip than the original Nord phone chips. Though it may be used to make the phone affordable.
In terms of optics, the Nord CE 5G will have a 64MP main camera along with 2 sensors as in Oneplus 9 and 16MP front camera. The specifications of the other two cameras are not leaked. Through this, we can expect the phone will have triple cameras on the left side of the rear panel.
From above, we can say that OnePlus is planning its next flagship mid-range smartphone with the change in processor and camera but the display will be similar to the first-gen Nord series. It means it will feature a 64.3inch AMOLED display which will refresh at a 90Hz rate.
OnePlus will be going to launch Nord CE 5G in their Summer Launch Event on June 10. Through the specifications of Nord CE 5G, it is revealed that the company is prioritizing the phone look over its performance and their main goal is to provide affordable phones to users. The OnePlus Nord CE 5G will be made avialable in Indian and European markets only.
