Design and some key features of Samsung’s unannounced and upcoming budget tablet “Galaxy Tab A7 Lite” have been leaked, by reputed tipster Evan Blass on Voice. The images give our first look at Samsung’s budget tablet and give an overview of its specs.
Galaxy Tab A7 Lite leaked specs
According to Evan Blass, the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite will feature a single rear flash-less camera, 8.4-inch display, 5,100 mAh battery, and is said to be running on MediaTek Helio P22T processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. As you can see Blass has not provided any more details like its panel type, screen-to-body ratio, and configurations of the front and rear cameras either. But as it’s a low-budget tablet, we can expect it to have an LCD/IPS display because Samsung has a habit to reserve OLED displays for its flagship tablets, like the Galaxy Tab S7 series. Also, some of these specs contradict with information published by WalkingCat back in February.
Galaxy Tab S7 Lite leaked specs
Samsung is expected to launch Tab A7 Lite in June alongside the Galaxy Tab S7 Lite. And if we again consider the February leak from WalkingCat, the Galaxy Tab S7 Lite could feature a 12.4-inch display and may come with 5G or Wi-Fi-only connectivity. In addition to this, the Galaxy Tab S7 Lite could be powered by a Snapdragon 750G processor coupled with 4GB RAM and is said to include pink, green, black, and silver color options.
Samsung also working on Tab S7 Lite Plus and its 5G version
There is still no word on the pricing of the Tab A7 Lite and Tab S7 Lite tablets, but they are set to follow their full-fat counterparts Tab S7 and the Tab A7 from last year. Meanwhile, Samsung is also working on two more low-budget tablets for its S7 series. Spotted by MySmartPrice, these two devices codenamed ‘SM-T735N-00’ and ‘SM-T736N-00’, could be Tab S7 Lite Plus and its 5G version.
