AMD has released new Radeon Software Adrenalin and Ryzen chipset drivers which will bring Windows 11 support enabling new features like Radeon Boost, Radeon Anti-Lag, and built-in streaming/capture tools, an auto-overclocking function for AMD-powered systems, and even some new features for older cards for Team Red.
With the latest Radeon Software Adrenalin 21.9.1 driver, users can squeeze an extra performace from their desktop PCs powered by Ryzen 5000 Zen 3 processor and Radeon RX 6000-series graphics card with just few clicks. One can access the overclocking feature from “Tuning” sub-tab under the “Performance” tab in Radeon Software Adrenalin. Along with this there’s also a separate tuning section for overclocking processors only.
In addtion to auto-overclocking, the latest Adrenalin driver also allows to access the Smart Access Memory (SAM) technology on AMD Radeon RX 5000-series graphics cards paired with AMD Ryzen 5000-series and some Ryzen 3000-series processors and AMD 500-series motherboards.
