Now talking about the leak, it is suggesting that Nord 2 is going to be powered by a Media Tek Dimensity 1200 processor (which matches with our previous report about the device’s existence) and is expected to be a mid-range smartphone. Let’s talk about it in more detail.
OnePlus Nord 2 Leaked Specs
This OnePlus Nord 2 leak has come from OnLeaks in partnership with 91 Mobiles stating that Nord 2 will be using a Media Tek Dimensity 1200 processor which is one of the fastest CPUs. If they are using a Media Tek Dimensity 1200 processor then it is going to be the first time that OnePlus not using Qualcomm’s processor. And Media Tek processors are mostly used in mid-range phones so it can be assumed that OnePlus Nord 2 will be a mid-range phone.
The leak of the OnePlus Nord 2 specifies that it will be going to have 8GB or 12GB RAM and 128 or 256 GB of storage, a 64.3 inch AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rates, and an in-display fingerprint reader.
The front camera of the phone will not similar to the original Nord but instead, have a 32MP camera and there are 3 back cameras 50MP is the main camera with 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP camera.
Nord 2 going to have a larger battery that is 4500mAh with a new Warp Charge 30T plus charger. This provides fast charging from 0 to 70% in 30 minutes.
Nord 2 Arrival and Price
The specs leak of the OnePlus Nord 2 hints that is going to give competition for high brands. And it is expected to be announced next month (Q3 2021) with the rumored price of 2,000 RMB or $315.
