OnePlus Nord CE 5G could be the successor of Nord N10 5G claims New leak

OnePlus Nord has been one of the most successful smartphones from the brand, which has been previously releasing flagships in the market. Typically, OnePlus is eager to further expand the OnePlus Nord, by offering smartphones such as the Nord N10 5G. Reports have suggested the successor to this smartphone is on the way, likely to be called as OnePlus Nord CE 5G.

OnePlus Nord CE 5G Leaks & Rumors

As first reported by Gizbot, OnePlus Nord CE 5G will likely replace the Nord N1 5G. This OnePlus phone is expected to launch later this year. If we recall, we can find that the OnePlus Nord N1 5G launch was tipped back in February. At that time, rumor had it, that the phone will be launching as the successor to the Nord N10 5G. The phone is said to be still in the works, but a new leak reveals a new lead. According to an informant Max Jambor, OnePlus Nord N1 5G will be called OnePlus Nord CE 5G. There is nothing we know about, what the “CE” stands for.

Although, OnePlus Nord N10 5G was released in Europe and North America, yet it never made it to the Indian market. Taking this into account, it seems doubtful that the OnePlus Nord CE 5G will launch in India.

As anyone can clearly guess, several details concerning the OnePlus Nord CE 5G are still missing. For a fact, no one knows when the new mid-ranger will launch and whether it would make it to the Indian market or not. Going back, the first OnePlus Nord that debuted in the Indian market was an instantaneous hit, even breaking records for one of the highest pre-ordered smartphones.

Since it will be coming as a successor to the OnePlus Nord N10, we can expect to see a similar FHD+ 90Hz display with a similar cutout for the selfie camera. A similar 64MP quad-camera setup should also be expected along with several software upgrades.

The real feature upgrade could be the chipset used. The upcoming OnePlus Nord CE may feature a completely different chipset with better performance and a larger long-lasting battery.
