pTron has launched a truly wireless affordable earbud for Rs 999. New pTron Bassbuds Sports are under Rs 1,000 and have 32 hours of battery life, Bluetooth 5.1, and Type-C charging.
The TWS trend started a few years ago when Apple launched its AirPods and then we saw many companies with their own TWS earbuds in the market. TWS is available in all price range from Rs 2,000 to Rs 10,000 and a new entry is in Rs 1,000. pTron is the Indian Digital Lifestyle and Audio Accessories brand.
pTron Bassbuds Sports Specs
The pTron Bassbuds Sports earbuds come with an in-ear style design and fin to make sure that the buds won’t fall out from the ear. It has Bluetooth 5.1 capability – which is quite a rarity in the Rs 1,000. It has a range of 10 meters.
Bassbuds Sports TWS has a battery life of 32 hours and eight hours of battery life on a single charge. These buds can easily be charged from zero to full in just an hour. Each bud has a 50mAh battery unit while the case having a 400mAh battery. The charging case has Type-C charging port.
These earbuds feature a 10mm dynamic driver to deliver punchy bass. It is IPX4 rated for protection against sweat and water so that you can use it while running, gym, workout, or jogging. The earbuds come with a built-in microphone and support voice assistants such as Google Assistant and Siri.
pTron’s latest earbuds also have a multi-function button on each bud for controls that lets users access voice assistants, reject and accept calls, and control media playback like play and pause. pTron Bassbuds Sports are compatible with Android, Windows, and iOS devices.
The pTron Bassbuds Sports is priced at Rs 999 is already available on Amazon. The earbuds come in three color options – Inspiring Yellow, Blooming Blue, and Classic Black.
