Samsung launches Odyssey G7, G5, G3 gaming monitors with Flat Desing and High-refresh rates

Today, Samsung has expanded its Odyssey gaming monitor line-up with the launch of four new gaming monitors – 28-inch Odyssey G7, 27-inch Odyssey 5, 27 and 24-inch Odyssey G3 with an all-new flat design as well as high-refresh-rate (4K at 144Hz), Adaptive-Sync with Nvidia G-Sync/AMD FreeSync, and a height-adjustable stand (with pivot, swivel, and tilt).

Samsung 28-inch Odyssey G7 model

The 28-inch Odyssey G7 (G70A) features a 4K IPS Ultra High Definition (UHD) flat-panel combined with NVIDIA G-Sync and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, along with HDR400. With HDMI 2.1 compatibility, it can deliver 4K at up to 144Hz, meaning it’ll support Sony’s PS5 and the Xbox Series X models at 4K 120Hz. Additionally, it provides wide 178-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles, 1-millisecond response times, and offers high-quality consistency in every play. Odyssey G7 is priced at KRW 950,000 ($840).

Samsung 27-inch Odyssey G5 model

The 27-inch Odyssey G5 features a 2,560 x 1,440 IPS Quad High Definition (QHD) flat-panel with a 165Hz refresh rate delivering a 1ms response time and Nvidia G-SYNC/ AMD FreeSync Premium compatibility. With 400 nits of peak brightness and 10-bit support, the Odyssey G5 (G50A) is perfect for players looking to take their games to the next level, both on PC and next-generation gaming consoles. Odyssey G5 is priced at KRW 650,000 ($570).

Samsung 27 and 24-inch Odyssey G3 model

Both 27 and 24-inch Odyssey G3 (G30A) have a Full HD IPS LCD display with 144Hz refresh rate and have Nvidia G-SYNC/ AMD FreeSync Premium compatibility.  With a height-adjustable stand, players can tilt, swivel and pivot their monitor to create a fully ergonomic setup that’s comfortable to play on for hours. Both 24-inch and 27-inch Odyssey G3 will arrive at Amazon on July 1st with a price tag of KRW 275,000 ($240) and KRW 315,000 ($280) respectively.
