A six-episode TV Series ‘The Croods: Family Tree’ – inspired and set after the events of DreamWorks Animation’s hit film ‘The Croods: A New Age’ – will premiere on September 23, 2021, on Hulu and Peacock simultaneously in which humanity’s first family “will learn to live together on a farm and overcome their differences by co-existing with the more-evolved Bettermans.”
Dreamworks Animation has recently revealed the official trailer, the cast of the new Croods TV series, and only Kelly Marie Tran, the actress of “Star Wars” and “Raya and the Last Dragon”, is returning to voice Dawn Betterman. With new cast includes Amy Landecker as Ugga, Kiff VandenHeuvel as Grug, Ally Dixon as Eep, AJ Locascio as Thunk, Dee Bradley Baker as Sandy, Artemis Pebdani as Gran, Darin Brooks as Guy, Matthew Waterson as Phil, and Amy Rosoff as Hope.

‘The Croods: Family Tree’ is exceptional original TV series about the prehistoric family is a continuation of the ever-unfolding story of the Croods and the Betterman, as now they learn to live a happy life together as they share the same prehistoric farm. The serial will show their journey from rivals to close friends. They sight their differences during the misadventures they face to turn a treehouse into a tree home united.
For those who don’t know, this is the second TV series based on Croods, as the first ‘Dawn of the Croods’ 2D animated television series, set before the events of the first film, debuted in 2015, and ran for four seasons on Netflix.
The original two movies in the ‘Croods’ franchise, starring Emma Stone as Eep, Ryan Reynolds as Guy, Nicolas Cage as Grug, Catherine Keener as Ugga, and more, grossed a cumulative $800 million at the global box office.
