Recently a study won a Ig Nobel prize to show that orgasmn is effective to cure nasal congestion. A doctor of nose, throat from Germany in his study showed the effect of orgasm on nasal flow. Results showed that nasal congestion can be cured by orgasm for at least one hour. But to get a longer term relief, nasal sprays are best. As per study leader, more research is required in this topic and it is to study whether masturbation has the same impact on nasal congestion as the orgasm have or not.
