TOHO finally revealed the trailer for the upcoming My Hero Academia: World Hero’s Mission movie – the third movie in the series – releasing on August 6th.
Plot
The story is about a shady organization called Humarize, trying to destroy people with quirks and has set up bombs around the world. Now it is up to pro-heroes around the world to work along with intern heroes from U.A high school to stop this disaster.
In the trailer of My Hero Academia: World Hero’s Mission, we can see our lead Izuku Midoriya being accused of mass murder. The rest of the trailer shows him working with Bakugo, Todoroki, and Rody. Where Rody is a new character introduced in the movie.
Staff and casting of One Piece’s Zoro
Kazuya Nakai, who also plays the role of Roronoa Zoro in One Piece is playing the role of the main villain, Flect Turn. Original manga creator Kōhei Horikoshi will play the role of chief supervisor and original character designer. My Hero Academia: World Hero’s Mission will be produced by studio Bones. The movie will be directed by Kenji Nagasaki, who has also directed the main anime series and previous My Hero Academia movies. A lot of staff from the original anime will be returning to their respective roles.
Bonus Manga
A recent weekly shonen jump magazine revealed that people attending the opening screening of My Hero Academia: World Hero’s Mission will get a bonus special edition manga, by series creator Kohei Horikoshi. The manga will be limited to only a million copies and will include an original story, new character designs, and will feature a roundtable interview with past and present series editor from jump and series creator Kohei Horikoshi.
