'Rainbow Six Extraction' releasing on September 16 on all major gaming platforms

On Saturday, Rainbow Six Extraction was finally unveiled during the Ubisoft Forward conference. The game is a fresh spin of its consistently popular first-person shooter and was previously named Rainbow Six Quarantine but was afterward changed to Rainbow Six Extraction. The game will be releasing on September 16th for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, the Ubisoft Store on Windows PC, and Stadia. The developers confirmed both cross-play and cross-save will be available. If someone already owns Rainbow Six Siege and purchase Rainbow Six Extraction, its entire roster of Operators will be unlocked for him in Rainbow Six Siege, along with a United Front cosmetic bundle for both games. Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction is a 1 to a 3-player cooperative tactical shooter game. One can team up with its two friends in Rainbow Six Extractions operators to launch incursions into the unpredictable containment zones and discover the mysteries behind the lethal alien threat called the Archaeans. They can Band together and put everything on the line as to take on an unknown enemy.

Lead elite Rainbow six operators in Co-Op or Solo Play

Squad up and create a team of up to three Operators or go solo can be picked from 18 of the Rainbow Six Operators that are best adapted to survive incursions. Each Operator offers a specific set of weapons, gadgets, and abilities to master. The uniqueness and different playstyles of each Operator allow its player limitless options to customize the roster. The key to success in Rainbow Six Extraction will be striking the right balance in the team.

Missions have to be completed to level up Operator, boost stats, and gain access to new loadout options and powerful combat perks.

Risk it all in Unpredictable Containment Zones

Rainbow Six Extraction is set in four regions across the US, containment zones are dominated by the parasite which creates an unstable ecosystem within their walls. Raid on these hot zones will challenge the teams every time. All the 12 maps in Rainbow Six Extraction are uniquely designed and feature procedurally generated challenges, enemies, infestation, and increasing difficulty simultaneously. The dangers would be unpredictable, but the rewards are richer the deeper player goes.

If an Operator fails to get to an extraction point, the team players will get a choice to leave the Operator behind to push on for bigger rewards or head back to mount a daring rescue. Those who couldn’t do it will find their operator MIA,  which would make them temporarily unavailable for future missions. The MIA Operator can only be recovered by extracting them before the parasite takes them over completely.

Fight a Deadly and Evolving Alien threat

The Chimera parasite and its evolving Archaens are highly deadly organisms that are consuming and reshaping the landscape. The Rainbow Exogenous Analysis & Containment Team hopes to learn from this unique but lethal phenomenon. And one has to count on its teammates and instincts to face 10 parasitic archetypes, including the vicious Spiker, the elusive Tormentor, and the summoning Apex.

Survive the Sprawl, a type of parasitic tissue that spreads over and alters the ecosystem. Areas which were previously infested could be clear, while previously safe zones could be ravaged by the Sprawl and other deadly enemies. Teamwork to leverage the destruction technology from Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege to reinforce walls against attacks or tear them down to create offensive opportunities.
