Samsung Galaxy F62: New Flagship phone from Samsung releasing in India on February 22nd

Samsung’s Galaxy F62 is set to be released in India on February 22nd. Galaxy F62 is a new affordable handset by Samsung that features a massive 7,000mAh battery with fast charging 25W along with reverse charging and is powered by the 7nm Exynos 9825 chipset. Galaxy F62 will be available in 2 variants, one variant will have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage (expandable up to 1TB) priced at Rs.23,999 ($330), and the second variant will have 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage (expandable up to 1TB) priced at Rs.25,999 ($358).

As reported earlier, Samsung Galaxy F62 will have a 6.7-inch 1080×2400 pixel OLED display with 393 PPI density. It has a punch-hole 32-megapixel selfie camera, with a quad-camera array in the back. Containing a 64-megapixel main (wide) camera with f/1.8, a 12-megapixel (ultrawide) camera with f/2.2 and a 123-degree field view, a 5-megapixel (macro) camera with f/2.4, and a 5-megapixel (depth) sensor camera with f/2.4. Samsung Galaxy F62 has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and will be available in 3 color-variants i.e. Laser Green, Laser Gray, and Laser Blue.

Under the hood, along with the Exynos 9825 chipset, the Samsung Galaxy F62 has an Octa-core (2×2.73 GHz Exynos M4 & 2×2.40 GHz Cortex-A75 & 4×1.95 GHz Cortex-A55) CPU and Mali-G76 MP12 GPU. It is running on Android 11 and Samsung’s OneUI 3.1, support for the NFC Samsung Pay service is also available. A 3.5mm headphone jack is also there with space for 2 SIM cards.

According to Samsung, Galaxy F62 will be available both offline and online (including its own online store, Flipkart, Reliance Digital, and My Jio).
