After reaching 100 million millstones and becoming one of the most popular free-to-play titles right now, season 3 for Call of Duty: Warzone and Cold War is now live. After a nuclear missile destroyed the game’s map, Verdansk the in-game city is back with a new 1984 twist. This is a kind of a similar move Fortnite did in 2019, first destroying its original map and replacing it with a new one.
Along with the arrival of Verdansk ’84, the third season of Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops Cold War is now live everywhere. And according to the series publisher, Activision the new update is the franchise’s “most ambitious free content offering” to date. To give the new map a 1980s vibe “Developer Raven Software tweaked nearly every element of the map, including most of the buildings, surfaces, and objects.”
With four new Multiplayer maps, six new weapons, the next chapter of Zombies in Outbreak, an earth-shattering Warzone update, new vehicles, and much more. The Season Three update will be another big download for Warzone players in comparison to Cold War players.
