Difference between Amazon miniTV and Amazon Prime Video
Amazon already has a popular streaming app Amazon Prime Video then how its newly launched Amazon miniTV is different?
Well as you know, Amazon Prime Video is a subscription-based app but Amazon miniTV is free. miniTV does not require any app, it can be accessed with Amazon’s shopping app whereas Amazon Prime Videos does. Amazon Prime Video has a collection of Amazon Originals, the latest movies, and TV shows available in English and nine Indian languages. Amazon Prime Videos can also be streamed on smart TVs.
For the time being Amazon miniTV is only for Android phones but Amazon has claimed that they would extend it to iOS apps and mobile web. On a related note, to access miniTV, just open the Amazon app on your Android phone and scroll down a bit. Once you see the miniTV section just click on it and it will then open the new page where you can access all the free content available.
