
Google has revealed two devices i.e. Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G during its “Launch Night In” fall hardware event. But neither of them is coming to India. If you feeling bad about it then don’t because now the tech giants has confirmed that the Google Pixel 4a, which came out back in August will be hitting the country on October 17.

Google confirmed the news by sharing a tweet in which they revealed the release date and said that the Pixel 4a will be sold through Flipkart. Indian Pricing of the device is still not confirmed, so for that, we’ll have to wait until October 17.

The Google Pixel 4a is the only phone coming to India this year and is very likely to be priced higher than its $349 pricing for 6GB + 128GB model in the US. Pixel 4a is powered by the Snapdragon 730G, paired with 6GB LPDDR4x RAM. It runs on Android 11 and features a 5.81″ OLED display of FHD+ resolution with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 443ppi pixel density, and HDR support.

In terms of pics and videos, Pixel 4a has a single 12.2MP camera, with an 8MP selfie shooter sits on the front. And is backed by a 3,140 mAh battery that charges through a USB-C port at up to 18W.
