Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid welcome their 1st baby together and it’s a girl

Baby Zigi has finally arrived! Gigi Hadid, 25, and Zayn Malik, 27, are officially parents. The two welcomed their first child together at New York City and it’s a girl. Zayn confirmed the exciting news and said mama and baby are both doing well.

Zayn Malik who is a former member of the boy band One Direction confirmed the good news by posting a photo of the baby’s hand wrapped around his finger:

The announcement comes one week after fans first speculated that the couple welcomed a baby when Gigi Hadid’s dad Mohamed Hadid posted a handwritten note titled “Grandpa’s Heart” on Instagram. “In the name of God The merciful I want to say l love you and so proud of you. @gigihadid,” says the caption.

Zayn and Gigi met first at the 2015 Victoria’s Secret after-party. Where He asked her to have dinner with him at a New York City restaurant called Gemma. Later they confirmed their romance on Instagram in December 2015, though the post has since been deleted. An on-and-off relationship ensued.

While many moments happened between both which have convinced fans that the supermodel and musician are destined to end up together – like Gigi’s intimate appearance in Malik’s video “Pillow Talk,” the singer’s chest tattoo of her eyes. Their most recent split happened in January 2019, and the couple spent nearly a year apart before they reportedly began casually talking again 11 months later.

As first reported by TMZ, The 25-year-old model Gigi Hadid first confirmed the pregnancy news publicly in an interview with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show on April 30.

Throughout her pregnancy journey, Gigi opted to stay on the private side and keep the experience as personal as possible. As per she told V magazine in July 2020.

She however, give her soial media followers a look at her pregnant stomach for the first time in a series of black-and-white maternity portraits she shared in August.
