Tatsuki Fujimoto’s Chainsaw Man is getting a new school arc for the second installment. The past few days have been full of surprises for the Chainsaw man fan community. The first part came to an end, an anime adaptation by MAPPA was announced, and then came the news about the new arc on the same weekly Shonen Jump platform. However, at this point, it is hard to tell when the new arc will start as there are no confirmed dates to look up to.
Chainsaw Man is regarded most fitting Shonen Jump’s best new series. The rip and tear fight scenes put together with an eccentric and comical story about devils construct a great manga. It revolves around a boy named Denji, who spends every day fighting and killing devils with the help of his dog, Pochita, for money. This series encompasses some of the most disturbing horrors you’ll ever find in any manga.
The series is famous for pulling off some never seen before twists. The anime adaptation is surely a gift to the series lovers well of course studio MAPPA (famous for Jujutsu Kaisen, Dorohedoro) is doing the business. But here is the catch, there’s basically no way for an efficiently animated work to fully capture the gruesome details and raw atmosphere of Fujimoto’s work.
